Description
One of the iconic products of Mexican gastronomy; Oaxaca cheese or quesillo is a pasta filata cheese, from the state that gives it its name. Along with Panela cheese, it is considered one of the best cheeses of proudly Mexican origin. Oaxaca cheese has an acidic, slightly creamy flavor, it has melting properties that make it ideal for dishes such as quesadillas, melted cheese and to accompany soups and tacos.
